📲 Speak to a Real Estate Agent

Often, one of the best ways to find a home is to speak to a Real Estate Agent. They know all the tricks to help you find a home that fits your criteria. Normally the Real Estate Agent Fee is 5% of the annual rent, or a minimum of AED 5,000. But even if you try to avoid using a real estate agent, you’re most likely to end up renting a property listed by a Real Estate Agent. They will charge you this fee anyway! If you use another agent, they will split the fee amongst themselves.

We have partnered with amazing Real Estate Agents in Dubai to help our Premium Users find their next home. Upgrade to reach out to them and start your house search.
